Carmen, you know what’s great, for the first time ever I've been able to introduce my teenage (I know everything so don't try telling me anything mum!) daughter to an author and she has read the book, loves it and is asking when the next one will be out. You have brought a mum and daughter together - achievement! Jane Wassell
Hey Carmen
As soon as I saw Late Night Shopping I ran out, purchased it and two nights later it was finished!! Fab Fab Fab - even better than The Personal Shopper which I didn't think was possible.
I hope we are going to see more of Annie and if not then I look forward to your next book anyhow !!

Hi Carmen,
Just wanted to let you know I have just finished Late night shopping and thought it was brilliant!!!!! Unfortunately I had not read the first of Annie adventures The personal shopper. A friend got this for me as a present as I have just been into hospital. I didn’t get a chance to read it until yesterday and have just finished it (would have finished it last night but had to stop to feed the kids then my hubby was a pain and wanted the light turning out at 3am)!!!! I will definitely be buying your other novels as soon as possible!!! Going away soon so will be good holiday reading as I will be unable to do anything else!!!!
Many many thanks for a wonderful book it really made me smile and cry.
Keep up the good work as hopefully I will have finished all of them by the end of August!!!!
Going to get my daughter into them now she’s 14 but think she will enjoy them!!
Thanks again

Hi Carmen,
I was never really into books until i forced myself to buy one for my holiday last year. I scanned the bookshelves for something that i could read on the flight or when relaxing on the beach and was drawn to the 'Personal Shopper'....and i have to say i am now addicted to books!! It was such a brilliant storyline, it had me gripped! I fell in love with the characters and was so disappointed when i came to the last page and realised that there wasnt anymore to read! I wanted to know more about Annie and her new life! So when i popped into Tesco a week ago and saw 'Late Night Shopping' staring at me i was so excited! I snapped it up and have just finished reading it. Again i have to commend how fantastic the book is! And now im craving more....did Ed actually propose?? will Annie and Svetlana become the new trinny and suzannah?? please please please hurry and write the next book so i can find out!
Keep up the brilliant writing!

Hi Carmen
Fantastic !!! I purchased The Personal Shopper and couldn't put it down. Two days later, finished but yearning for more - I swiftly bought Up All Night, Three in a Bed and How Was it For You? Read Up All Night and Three in a Bed and now halfway through How Was it For You? They are just such great stories and all is left is for me to get a copy of Did The Earth Move?
When will we see more great books from you?

Hi Carmen,
I'm Jo from Singapore and I love reading your books! I remembered I bought Three in a Bed and once I got my hands on that book, I couldn't stop reading. I went back to the bookstore to get Did the Earth Move? and How was it for You?. The story just lures me to bring it everywhere I go; until the extent of planting myself down in Starbucks, taking out Did the Earth Move? and reading it all afternoon.
Cheers!
JO.
Hello, Carmen
I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed your book Personal Shopper. I am in my late fifties and living proof that your writing is so good, your characters so endearing and memorable that even someone in my age group can thoroughly enjoy what is, I assume, supposed to appeal to the chic lit generation.
I am now in the process of ordering all your other books and look forward to the sequel to Personal Shopper in 2008.
Thanks again - you are now officially my favourite author!

Hey there Carmen,
My name is Lucy, I'm 16 and I'm just about three-quarters of the way through "The Personal Shopper" - just coming past the point where Annie steams the salmon in the dishwasher! Beginning to think that Gray (or Gary, shall we say) is not number 1 in my books, especially when he tells Ed the Shed to give the flowers to him! I'm desperate for her to end up with Ed, I hope I'm right.
Absolutely loving the book, as I love fashion and reading a good novel!
Keep writing!
Love Lucy xxxx

Hello Carmen,
Is that your pen name by the way?
I've read all your books, and am nearing the end of The Personal Shopper - got to a very important part last night (discovering what happened to Roddy), and cried my heart out. It's so well written that I was right there with Annie and the children and shared their pain.
Not looking forward to finishing it, as I don't want it to end, so I was over the moon to just find out that there is a sequel on the horizon!
I bought your first novel in Tesco along with my groceries just 'for something to read', not expecting much. Turned out I loved it. My boyfriend has bought each book as they come out every June ever since, and I so look forward to them!
You should be very proud to be able to write like you do, and to keep emotions alive with your words.
Well done, and long live your novels!!

Just wanted to say that I absolutely adore your books!
I first started reading the Personal Shopper which was great and certainly kept me entertained while I was sunning myself in Majorca!
I think all of your books are fantastic and my boyfriend certainly gets jealous when I can't possibly put these page-turners down!!
Keep the spectacular books coming!!
Kimberley
I'd not read your books until I found The Personal Shopper and once I'd started I struggled to put it down. I thoroughly enjoyed it; I laughed, I even cried!
I am now on a mission to read all of your previous books.
Thank you for a very good read.
Wendy
I read your book 'did the earth move?' and thought it was great, so i went out to find another by you. I got 'three in a bed'. I hve not been able to put it down, it is the best book i have ever read,so funny!!! I am going to keep it the cupboard and drag it out everytime i'm feeling down. I finished it today so tomorrow i'll have to go into town and get all your other books!!!
Thanks for cheering me up.
Amy
Your novels and short stories are truly captivating and enthralling experiences. I enjoy your literary style very much. You combine wit and fun in a really sweet blend. I would be so honored to receive a signed book-cover or photo.
Thank you for your beautiful talent and I can't wait for more of your prose.
Yours
Rebbie
I have just finished reading all of your books (im at uni studying english so its taken a while with all the crap i have to read for my studies) and felt I had to write to you to tell you just how fantastic I think they are. I read the first book back in 2004 on holiday, I couldnt put it down! Since then I have brought them all and read each one twice over at least!I'm absoloutly gagging to know when a new book will be hitting the shelves in the UK as i enjoy them so much!
Thank you!

Just wanted to say how wonderful your book was. I am 30 and currently single with all my friends around me with babies, I get so scared that I wont cope and how it will ruin my life if I do ever have a baby and I want one so much. I started your book at 10am in the sun in garden and its now 10pm and the washing up has not been done and the poor dog needs a walk, but I loved it!I texted my best freinds at 4pm and said about the book and how scared I was and how I would need them if I have a baby. I sat and cried reading it and nearly did not finish it as I was fed up!! I am so glad I did... you should be so proud of it. Thanks.
